Who We Are:

Is a group of engineers and technicians who work in the fields of water, sewage, sanitary engineering and restoration. The group is distributed over two departments: Planning and Implementation .

1 – Planning Department:
Since 1986 , the department of Planning has been working in preparing plans, either strategic or operational, in the field of sanitary engineering (sewage, and rainwater drainage) specially for Jerusalem area (both east and west Jerusalem). In addition, the department works on preparing tables of quantities and plans for projects, as well as paving projects to tenders and implementation phase. The Planning Department is managed by a group of engineers with high level of expertise.
2 – Implementation Department :
The Department implement projects in the fields of sports, swimming , and drinking water tanks. This department consists of three main teams :
1 - a team for building swimming pools and preparing them according to the requirements of government departments as well as health and environment departments.

2 - a team for building sports fields (Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, etc.).

3 – a team for old buildings restoration which is implemented in accordance with the UNESCO and the International Restoration Schools.

* Important projects at the implementation level :

1 – swimming pool for De La Salle "Frere" in Beit Hanina at a cost of five million shekels 2012.

2 - basketball and football fields at “Borj Al-Laklak” institution.

3 - restoration of the African community in the Old City of Jerusalem.

4 –“ restoration of Rabat Al-Shihabi” neighborhood in Jerusalem.

5 - restoration of “Dar Altefl Al-arabi” school in Jerusalem, 2010.

6 – Restoration of “Othman Ibn Affan” and “Islamic Orphanage House” schools in Jerusalem, 2011.

7 - building 24 apartments in “Tal Alfoul” Housing with full finishing 2007.

8 – restoration of “Abufarha” neighborhood (12 apartments) in the Old City of Jerusalem, 2004

Preparing Plans:
since 1987,the company has prepared many water and sewage plans for Jerusalem municipality and “Gihon”” company. These plans are valued at 20 Million shekels :
1. Preparation of water master plans for “Romema” area in west Jerusalem
2. Preparation of water master plan and detailed plans for the old town
3. Preparation of master plans of sewer connection points for east and west Jerusalem.
4. Preparation and supervision of sewage and water master plans in “Sor Baher”, “Esaweye”, Al-Tour”, “Beit Hanina”.
5. Preparation of plans as well as supervision of water lines that belong to Ramallah & Al-bireh Water undertaking and serve the south side of Ramllah & Albireh.
6. Preparation and supervision of sanitary plans for the industrial school “Dar Al-aytam in Jerusalem as well as “Al-Quds” University and the “Americans” hospital in the old town.
7. Preparation of plans to construct “Tal-Alfol” housing ( 24 apartments) which is one of the most beautiful housings in “Beit Hanina” .
